My husband and I loved our week at this home. The house was clean and very well stocked….from towels to bikes to beach chairs it has everything you need. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, very safe. The owners were quick to address any question or concern. When we got there the AC wasn’t working and they very quickly had someone out to take care of it. The pool and lanai area are amazing. Lots of different areas to relax. We would definitely stay here again, it is a wonderful place.

This house was the perfect getaway! The house was very clean. The pool area was perfect for our family of 4 (kids age 12 and 10). Everything was as described and more. The layout of the house was perfect with plenty of room to spread out. Owners thought of everything as the house was more than well stocked with kitchen necessities, plenty of towels and linens and everything you need to go to the beach. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. It was our first time staying in this area of Florida and pleasantly surprised the traffic was lighter than most other areas we've been. The beaches were clean and uncrowded. We highly recommend this property and cannot wait to return! Thank you Amy and Steve!

We had a great stay, house was well equipped, clean and in a nice location. Short drive to beach and surrounding activities. Was a pleasure to spend a week there. Owners were very receptive and easy to contact. We appreciate all they did for us.

We’ve stayed in this neighborhood a few times but this was our first time at this house. It was very clean and as described in listing. The outside space exceeds previous places - I loved the open feel - no caged pool area. The pool was perfect and loved the covered area for coffee in the morning. We have 3 (older teens) and this house was just fine for a family of 5. The master bed was more comfortable than my home bed. We walked and drove to the beach. Plenty of equipment provided for pool, beach etc. our boys left some skim boards behind - please use them and enjoy!! Walked around the neighborhood daily… watched the sunset every night. If you are looking for a get away that is laid back - no hustle and bustle, this is the place! Would def stay again. Thank you so much for sharing this lovely home!

This home is so comfortable and accommodating. We immediately felt at home. We enjoyed the pool almost every day. The location is perfect and the neighborhood is quiet. We loved being able to access the Legacy bike trail as well as walking through the Lemon Bay Preserve. Being walking distance to the beach was a bonus! It was perfect for our winter escape. I would highly recommend this property.

We love this home. This was our second stay, hopefully not our last. The location is in a quiet, well-kept neighborhood, and very close to the beach and old Englewood for shopping and restaurants.

Very nice 2 bedroom/2 bath home with plenty of room. We had visitors and home accommodated 6 easily. Nice neighborhood with 2 nature preserves nearby for walks. Good size pool with plenty of patio space. Heating the pool made it very useable. Easy access to the beach that we either walked to or drove to for sunsets. Venice and restaurants visited almost daily. Tennis and pickle ball courts nearby. We took 2 trips to Siesta Beach.

This was a great location and the house was perfect. The pool was wonderfully heated, comfortable furniture and the property was so private. Everything was there to make our stay enjoyable. Attention to any little problem was immediate. Sad to leave but hopefully will return next year!

My family and I had a very relaxing time. We could have just stayed at the house and felt like we were in a resort. The back yard was very private with beautiful large palm trees. The pool was beautiful and clean. There was every seating arrangement you could imagine ( a hammock, chairs in the pool, chairs out of the pool and seating under shade ( great for relaxing and reading). When we wanted to get up and go we used the bikes provided to ride to the beach and around the neighborhood. The owners were very quick to respond to questions or concerns we had. We highly recommend this property for some relaxation and tranquility.

We had an incredible time relaxing and having fun in this private paradise. The home had everything we needed to make our vacation seamless. The location is great, close to many of the local beaches, dinning options and area attractions. Check-in/out was easy. The house was clean. The outdoor/pool area was incredible for swimming and lounging. The hosts are quick to respond with any questions asked. We will have memories that last forever.

We absolutely loved this place! So close to the beach with plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys. We went to several of the local beaches to watch the sunset every night. The pool and outdoor area was great, with so many options of seating in the shade or in the sun and very private. The house was clean and had all the comforts of home, towels, beach towels, kitchen utensils, comfy blankets, etc. We rode the bikes around the neighborhood and walked the walking trails at the end of the road. Beautiful area. I hate to write this wonderful review because I would like to have this place be me and my sisters best kept secret, but if you are considering this place for a visit, you will not be disappointed. ~ Pam, Pauline, & Tish

We visit the area regularly and this was one of our favorite places to stay. Everything was as described. Great location near the beach and all that Venice and Englewood has to offer. The outside pool area was perfect for our family to enjoy. Steve and Amy made everything easy and we’re responsive to questions. We didn’t need to ask for anything really…everything was ready for us and we didn’t need anything more. We were able to fully enjoy our vacation!
