About this house rental

Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' Find bright, modern comfort in the most classic of Maine surroundings at this waterfront home on the Crooked River. You'll have a gorgeous wooded property with a sandy riverbank, a dock for your small fishing boat, and a firepit to keep you cozy as you stargaze each evening. This riverfront home is a beautiful home base for year-round adventure and can easily be reached from downtown Portland, 30 miles away. In the warmer months, the Crooked River will connect you to Brandy Pond, Sebago Lake, and Long Lake, with a kayak provided for the journey. You'll also be just four miles from Point Sebago Golf Course. Come winter, head to Pleasant Mountain Ski Area or Sunday River Resort for a thrilling day on the slopes. The setting is tranquil and memorable, which you'll feel whether you're sipping your morning coffee on the deck or catching an afternoon nap in the hammock swinging from the trees. Head down to the river to dip your toes in the cool water, watch your kids play tag in the grass as you light the gas grill for dinner, and spend your evenings roasting marshmallows and telling stories. The interior is modern and inviting, with a well-equipped kitchen providing ease and a classic woodstove bringing warmth and ambience. Bring your breakfast into the atrium each morning and spend evenings playing board games and streaming movies in the living room. Head down to the basement, where you'll find 600 square feet of space. A 14-foot projector, perfect for movie nights, is also available. The projector also works as a golf simulation screen if you have your own launch monitor. A washer/dryer and high-speed WiFi are also provided for your convenience. Things to Know Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Dock details: The dock will fit a small fishing boat. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
