About this house rental
Feel treated in this beautiful home in Sylvan Heights, one of the best located neighborhoods w/ straight drive to downtown and close to all else that matters in Nashville. Walkable to Sylvan Park & The Nations, very close to Vanderbilt, HCA, Amazon, 12th South, Geodis, Green Hills & Belle Meade with many great restaurants nearby. You'll enjoy a spacious master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 2nd BR and bath off hallway, kitchen, living and dining area, deck. Check listing details.
You'll be enjoying a 3br/2ba house with a Master Suite, a second bedroom and an additional "everything" room for working, extra sleeping space, gaming or just chilling. You’ll have back yard and deck to use. The house is recently remodeled, hardwood floors throughout, tiled bathrooms, spacious master and a deep bathtub, a shower cabin, two vanities. Second bedroom is smaller but adequate, has a queen size bed, a closet, and a bathroom outside of the bedroom.
Guests will be able to access the whole downstairs portion of the house except one closet and garage door will be locked. Guests will use master bedroom, master bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room, hallways, second bedroom, second bathroom and an extra multi-purpose room in the house. Deck and backyard. The second floor houses a separate, fully independently functional apartment with own entry, AC, alarm and deck that occasionally may be occupied by the owner of the house, a family member or a temporary tenant. You will essentially be alone in the bottom of the house and having back yard to yourself, but there will be a locked door between two parts of the house.
The driveway may be steep for people with limited mobility.
Guests will access the house with a passcode for a digital lock. Co-host will be available by the phone for any questions and help.

The house was in a great location for us. Lots to do nearby, and Broadway street was a short uber ride away. The listing states there is a game room. I don't know how we could have missed that, but we didn't see it. I'm sure it was just an oversite, but the bunk bed didn't have any sheets on it. As mentioned in the listing, the driveway is VERY steep. Overall, we were very happy with it and would stay again.

This is a very clean and comfortable home that is on the first floor of a duplex. The host who lives next door was very helpful and made us feel comfortable even though the winter weather was as bad as was ever recorded in Nashville!
