View from the window. Location. Hotel located between Birch state park and Bonnet Museum and Gardens. Few minutes walk to beach and water taxi stop. Close to Restaurants and convenience store. Closest Publix less then 20 minutes on foot ( less then 5 minutes drive). Fully equipped kitchen was a big plus
Room was bit outdated. I wish we got one of already renovated rooms

Location, pool, convenience to beach, restaurants, shops etc. Concierge was excellent, efficient and helpful as was the pool barman. Room was comfortable. Laundry room was great and easy. Kids enjoyed games room facility. The place had everything we needed. Would highly recommend. We had a day out on the water taxi - brilliant.
Seemed to be an older resort but this did not affect our stay in any way..

The location was close to the beach. The view was decent.
They are under construction so half of the building is inaccessible!!!! Beware!! Also, if you’re paying for a “sea view” on booking.com, BEWARE!! They will try to charge you an extra $150 for the view!!! Our room we were originally to stay was out for construction and then they tried to give us an “inter coastal view” until I showed them the pictures and told them I expect to get what I paid for on booking.com. The staff were good. Friendly and professional. The biggest issue is not being told about the construction so half the building is shut down!
