Die Wohnung ist ein bisschen älter und man sieht, dass sie offenbar beliebt ist. Die Couch war allerdings recht neu. Mit zwei kleinen Kindern war die Größe genau richtig. Die Lage der Wohnung ist für den Preis allerdings hervorragend. Man hat eine n tollen Ausblick über die Stadt bis hin zum Skytree. Der Weg zum Bahnhof ist kurz und das Bahnhofsviertel bietet kulinarisch für jeden etwas. Neben dem Bahnhof ist auch ein günstiger Supermarkt.

しばらく滞在するに十分な設備と備品(トイレットペーパー、洗剤、シャンプーなど)があること。
窓からスカイツリーがよく見えること。
駅から近い、コンビニやスーパーマーケットがあること。
テレビのリモコンが見当たらなかった。

location was good! good food all around, easy to get to from shinkoiwa station. 5 min walk. food and all sorts to do within minutes of walking. DOES NOT HAVE FREE WIFI.

Shin-Koiwa ist kein Touristen-Viertel, sondern eine Wohn- und Geschäftsgegend. Die nahe gelegene Einkaufspassage und ihre Seitenstraßen bieten alles für den täglichen Bedarf. Die Express-Linie (Sōbu Line [Rapid]) benötigt nur 14 Minuten zur Tokyo Station.
Der Zustand ist nicht mehr ganz so wie auf den Fotos.
Die Tür vom Schlafzimmer lässt sich nicht schließen, weil die Betten zu breit sind (OK, dafür sind die Betten breit...).
