Parking, dog friendly, and location.
All the rules of cleaning when ending your stay. One of the reasons we did not use any linens or towels, did not sleep in the beds was the needing to strip the beds and start laundry at the end of the stay. I feel that falls under the duties of whomever is hired for housekeeping purposes. The property management is already aware of the issues I encountered prior to our stay. Honestly, the most challenging place I’ve ever stayed when using “booking.com”. Overall, the place was lovely, clean, great location, and the property management was friendly over the phone, but in person would have made for a better experience. It all worked out in the end.

Walking distance to museums and Broadway is awesome plus the chance to park the car in a safe space
The place is perfect - too big for one person but I really enjoyed the luxury of that

The condo was great. Plenty of space, supplies were plenty and safety was top notch!
The beds were a little stiff for my liking but overall not terrible.

A place to stay close to the conference center and downtown with room for 4 people and free parking is what we wanted and that is what we got. It was easy to walk to everything we wanted to reach. The host was very friendly, professional, and immediately responsive to any texts we sent, which was excellent. The two queen beds in the bedroom were comfortable and the place was nicely set up and furnished.
Noise. I am admittedly an Old Fart who likes a good night's sleep, so please ignore this comment if you are a very sound sleeper. The condo is on the ground floor with bedroom and bathroom windows facing that road but, luckily, the host provided a white noise machine that helped greatly with this. However, if the folks in the condo above return in the early morning hours, stomp up the metal stairs at the side of the condo and then above the ceiling, it is fairly disruptive and harder to sleep through.
The sofa bed in the living room may be fine for kids but is not recommended for more sensitive sleepers, so if there are 4 adults, it helps if all of them are familiar enough with each other to share the two queens in the bedroom.
