The condo is adorable. Having a washer and dryer and full kitchen makes a huge difference. The pool area is great. Free underground garage is a huge plus. 2nd bedroom doesn't have a door which was fine for us but could be challenging if you are sharing. Host was very responsive to 2 minor issues we had.
The location is first floor so your "balcony" is actually below pool level. There is currently construction in the building so to access the pool you have to walk all the way around the 1st floor. The unit is at the end of a big u shape so its a walk from the front entrance. Easy work around is to park in the garage and use the 2nd elevator which brings you close.

Sehr tolle Anlage mit super Lage in Nashville!
Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief unfassbar gut. Bei jeglichen Fragen gab es innerhalb kürzester Zeit eine Antwort!
Der Pool könnte etwas sauberer sein, ist jedoch „Meckern“ auf hohem Niveau.

Very cute little condo perfect for a one-night stay downtown my only one complaint would be that it's not a true two bedroom, as one of the rooms doesn't have a door on it and sits right next to I think a water heater that makes a lot of noise so was not good sleep in that room. Other than that the place is really cute and decorated nicely and the other bedroom was fine.
