In the event of improper use of any systems, features, or appliances leading to damage, the renter shall assume full responsibility for the associated repair costs. The renter is further responsible for any violations, including traffic citations, and is prohibited from undertaking any repair work without explicit written consent from the owner. In the case of mechanical failures or issues, the renter is expected to promptly notify the owner. Negligence in the proper utilization of transportation and camping equipment, resulting in damage to the trailer or associated equipment, will unequivocally rest with the renter, entailing full financial responsibility.
