good location. Close to the center, but in a quiet street. Tram and tube stations in vicinity. Many cafes and restaurants around. Coffee machine and (thank you, host) capsules in the kitchen.
I will think at least twice to rent this property again because of the onerous online check-in process. Normally you are just asked to mail a passport copy and the host does the rest. Here it is different - filling all those numerous fields, uploading documents, making selfie... it took me quite a while on a PC, and I don]t even want to think how long it would take on a celular. Particularly with my eyesight...
The property is on the ground floor, with a view to a parking and its not too romantic cement roof.
Kitchen is quite small and has only very basic supply of kitchenware.
Overall impression is positive, but in my opinion the price is too high. Although, to be honest, other properties of this level cost even more.

The biggest perk of this apartment is the location and self check-in. Very close to bars, restaurants and tram stops - can even walk to the center through the park. Quiet in the night despite the lively location.
Furnished precisely as in the pictures - AC, washing machine, smart TV, comfortable bed.
Communication with property management was prompt. Perfect for a few days to explore Milan.
We couldn't check-in earlier, which is okay, however when we arrived, property wasn't cleaned from previous guests and had to wait a few hours some place else. Additionally, there was no coffee, but a coffee machine (which is very unusual for Italy and wasn't provided for our stay. Property manager handled everything well, but still unpleasant start of our vacation.
Beware of 10 euro per person/per night city tax which comes separately from booking price and is requested in advance.

Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Alles da, was man braucht. Alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe mit der Straßenbahn zu erreichen.

Le propriétaire était réactif et disponible pour les demandes. Il y avait la Clim c’était agréable. L’accès à l’appartement était facile et clair. Il y a une station de tram juste à côté de la maison c’était pratique !
Il n’y avait pas de gel douche et shampoing alors que c’était indiqué qu’il y en avait. Le gel pour les mains c’était de l’eau. La salle de bain avait une odeur d’égout en continu je pense qu’il faudrait laver les canalisations ainsi que rénover la salle de bain, les joints étaient moisis…
Le sol n’était pas très propre. Et, dans la cuisine il n’y avait pas de quoi faire des machines, la vaisselle et, la cuisine (huile, sel, poivre).
Et, attention, les voisins sont bruyants le matin…
