Located in Borgo San Lorenzo, just a few kilometers from Florence, Villa Moderna Resort is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday. This two-story vacation home features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 6 bedrooms, and 5 bathrooms, accommodating up to 14 guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office needs, air conditioning, and two washing machines. The property also offers a ping pong table, as well as a crib and high chair.
Enjoy your own private outdoor area with a swimming pool (open from May to September, weather permitting), hot tub, garden, covered terrace, balcony, barbecue, and outdoor shower.
Public transport is within walking distance, and a tennis court is a 15-minute walk away. We recommend visiting Lake Bilancino.
The property provides 6 parking spaces. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Beach and pool towels are available for an extra fee. Electricity for air conditioning is charged separately, available for an extra fee.

Great place to stay in Tuscany (for our extended family of 10)! Host was very helpful and easy to communicate with (we didn't speak Italian but communicated with him via WhatsApp so he could translate and he replied with English translations). He arranged an incredible cooking class for us in the villa and also helped with great recommendations of places to visit and to eat in the area. I would definitely recommend this place and would go back if we ever travelled to this area again.
