BATHROOM: All the essentials you need for a comfortable stay to include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, toilet paper, plush towels, and even a few makeup remover wipes and feminine products (just in case!) LIVING ROOM: Relax in a spacious and comfortable seating area with a large Smart TV, electric fireplace, and a pull-out sofa for additional sleeping space! OUTDOOR: Enjoy the beauty of nature from the comfort of our outdoor seating area! With mountainous side views of Red Reck Open Space and a wood fire pit, enjoy relaxing in the evenings as AIR CONDITIONING & HEATING: Stay comfortable no matter the weather outside! Easy-to-use controls for the perfect temperature, an absolute perk to glamping instead of camping! Guest Access: During your stay you will have full access to the RV and the private outdoor area so you can really experience Colorado's nature in a comfortable manner! The Neighborhood: On the outskirts of Colorado Springs but not quite to Manitou, you'll find yourself just minutes from I-25 and right at the base before heading into the mountains! Getting Around: This is the perfect location for anyone looking to explore the beauty of Colorado Springs and the mountains. Located on the edge of the city, you can easily access all the amenities and attractions it has to offer while still being close to nature. Imagine waking up to some peaking views of the mountains, breathing in the crisp mountain air, and being just minutes away from world-class hiking and outdoor activities. Whether you're looking to explore the city or spend your days in the great outdoors, our location is the perfect starting point for your adventure! Other Things to Note: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement. For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry. We’ve also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. *Pets: If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee. $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). This fee is charged after reservation confirmation. Reasonable rules and expectations for your dogs are outlined in our guidebook. *Unauthorized late checkout fee $20 Per Half Hour Late *Additional fees: To ensure that we have enough time to prepare for future guests, we ask that you please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional fees are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request. Next to our property is an RV storage facility but the views above that towards the mountain range are still great! There are multiple units on this property as it spans 3 acres. Just a short walk to some trailheads, you will enjoy your glamping experience!
