Purrfectly Clean: Experience a pet-free, immaculate home. Sorry! We cannot accommodate pets to maintain a pet-free environment for all guests. Unless proof of being a service pet is provided. Due to the American Disabilities Act, we are required by law to accept service pets if a guest does in fact have a service pet. We will cancel your booking and delete your passcode if you bring any no authorized pets. 3. Fresh air haven: Embrace our no-smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, and the like policy. 4. To consider neighborhood harmony, please keep noise levels to a considerate minimum. Respectful quiet hours ensure tranquil evenings: keep noise to a minimum between 10:00pm and 8:00am. Our check-out time is 11:00am. Our late check-out fee is $50 for every hour after 10:00am. Additionally, if you want to check-out after 12:00pm, then you will need to pay a fee equal to one full day. So, please keep this in mind as the day of your departure approaches. If you would like to have a late check-out, then please let us know in advance, and we will see if we can accommodate it.
