Poloha je výborná, být prostorný
Stačilo by doplnit pár drobností jako možnost uklidit podlahu i během pobytu - poskytnout prostředky na úklid, víc než jednu utěrku na nádobí, dovybavit kuchyň a ubytování by bylo zcela perfektní

Etwas außerhalb gelegen aber Wasser, Supermarkt, Pizzeria (sehr leckere Pizza bei Granum Pizzeria direkt gegenüber), Eisdiele und Bahn in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Fuß erreichbar. Eignet sich auch gut für Ausflüge nach zum Beispiel Portofino. Super geräumiges schönes Apartment.
Der Weg in das Zentrum von Genua dauerte etwa eine halbe Stunde mit der Bahn, lässt sich aber trotzdem leicht erreichen.

The apartment is well equipped and quite close to the public beach Priarugia. We used also the parking service - it was un underground one, very close (it was perfect to have the car cold in a hot day).
It could use a balcony or some strings outside to dry the clothes.
We were in august - most of the restaurants and stores were closed for holidays, so be careful what period you choose.

Porzione di appartamento ricavata da un’appartamento diviso in due.. discretamente pulito e che comunque ha tutto compresa una cucina accogliente per mangiare. Pulizia buona anche se ho trovato qualche capello. Tutto nuovo. Il mio voto è 5 anche perché non è proprio centrale ed il prezzo è alto a mio avviso. Comodo il parcheggio visto che a Genova è difficile da trovare. Comodo anche l’ascensore.
Host all’apparenza gentile ma che riflette il classico genovese… qualche sera prima di partire mia figlia aveva la febbre quindi ho saltato la prima notte. Il giorno dopo mi sono presentata e nonostante fosse evidente che la bimba non stesse bene non mi ha fatto sconti facendomi pagare l’importo totale! Mi ha abbonato il parcheggio e ha voluto la tassa di soggiorno nonostante avessi pagato ben 250 euro per 1 notte…faccio presente che in un’ altra struttura che avevo prenotato per la sera prima addirittura mi hanno cancellato la prenotazione senza pagare neanche 1 euro …
