Disappointed

Location

Very disappointing experience and poor management. Our stay was extremely frustrating due to poor communication and lack of professionalism from the host. Whenever we had an issue, it was very difficult to get a response, and communication was slow and unclear. One serious concern was that the cleaning staff entered the apartment without any prior notice or permission. We were never informed when they would come, which made us feel uncomfortable and disrespected during our stay. In addition, no one provided us with any information about basic things, such as where to dispose of our trash. We were left completely on our own without guidance, which is unacceptable for a paid accommodation. Although the apartment is advertised as a rooftop penthouse, the elevator only goes up to the fifth floor, and guests must carry all luggage up the stairs to reach the apartment. This was very difficult for us, especially since we had a lot of luggage, and this important detail was not clearly mentioned before booking. We also experienced ongoing problems with hot water, with the water turning completely cold at times. This is a basic necessity, especially for families, and should never be an issue at this price level. Considering the high price, the overall service and experience were not worth it at all. The apartment does not meet the expectations set by its description, and due to the poor service, lack of communication, and multiple issues, we would not recommend this property.

L’emplacement et l’architecture de l’immeuble

La literie est nulle,le gérant de l’appartement n’est pas sérieux,il ne nous a pas remis le reçu de 144€ disait-il d’une certaine taxe.on est resté avec les mêmes serviettes de toilette pendant 8nuits demandant 25€ pour nous les changer ,chose qu’on a jamais vu dans toutes nos locations chez booking !!!!!
