Great apartment in a high-end part of Milan

Great location on high-end fashion street and walking distance to the Duomo and Galleria. Spacious apartment with a nice living room, bathroom, and bedroom.

Not much of a view from the rooftop but that was clear from the photos.

Great location, ok apartment, poor climate control, poor customer service.

The location is truly amazing. This is the main saving grace that makes the rest somewhat tolerable.

The heating system was too warm for the day, leaving the air conditioning to fight the floor heating, and in the end too warm to sleep well. The floor heating thermostat reported 25 degrees but it felt much warmer. In addition to this, the digital door lock worked on first entry but repeatedly showed an error when we came back around 22:00. Luckily it worked on the fifth or sixth try so we were not locked out. The staff were unreachable when this happened, and didn’t respond to messages until two days after check out!!
