Quiet, comfortable, easy to use “no staff” concept. Was quite near Metro and Supermarket but was further out from city centre than expected
Kitchenette was quite small room wasn’t really “apartment” sized. TV was awkwardly positioned except for using in bed.

Loved the ease of using the app for access. Easy checking in and out was very nice. The space was just right for our needs. It was clean and the kitchen was well equipped with all of the essential wares. The bedding and bed were comfortable The use of laundry facilities was also a plus.
The location was a little bit sleepy but that was nice to come back to after busy days.

Overall quite, very clean, not far from public transport like metro and busses to go anywhere I needed. Also close to Ostaport railway station, which is less crowded than central one, but goes pretty much to same destinations. Also they have good blackout curtains on windows, that helps to sleep well any weather. They don’t have A/C but in even in August that wasn’t hot. Supermarkets are very close, at least two on a distance of 150 meters. Overall it was pleasant stay.
First floor is too low, people walk near your windows. There is no way to book non first floor, I tried a bit more expensive category but still ended up on the first floor. Seems like it just random thing. Some parts of the building are quite far from laundrette and common kitchen , I got so tired getting back and forth there. They have microwave inly at the common kitchen area and that was hard to walk each time there. Also from some parks of the buildings you need to get out and then get in back ti the hotel for that. They have codes everywhere to enter each time you get ij and out, thats also so annoying. Some key would work much better. Opening your room with an app is crazy as well. I would rather they had keys with deposit if you loose it or whatever than app.
