Conveniently located near the Intracoastal Waterway, local attractions, and the beach. The Space: Watch your favorite shows by logging into your streaming services one of the three smart TVs. Parking is a breeze with two tandem spaces available for two vehicles each (4 vehicles total) on the premises, as well as unrestricted street parking. Each structure offers a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals and snacks during your stay with modern appliances and an array of cookware, utensils, and serving ware provided. The dining areas offer a cozy spot to enjoy your culinary creations. Outside, you'll find a patio and large, fully fenced back yard. Choose from 5 delightful rooms: Bedroom 1 (House): King Bed Bedroom 2 (House): 2 Twin XLs Bedroom 3 (House): King Bed Bedroom 4 (Apartment): King Bed & Twin XL Bedroom 5 (Apartment): King Bed & Twin XL We are located in close proximity to various local attractions. Discover the wonders of the Zoo, Science Center, and Aquarium, all within walking distance. When it's time for some sun and sand, you're just minutes away from the beach. Downtown West Palm Beach, with its vibrant atmosphere, trendy shops, and dining options, is also just a short drive away. For those arriving by plane, Palm Beach International Airport is conveniently located approximately a 10 minute drive away. We understand that pets are part of the family, and we welcome them to join you during your stay. Please note that there is an extra pet cleaning fee of $100 per pet to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests. The Neighborhood: West Palm Beach, Florida is home to world class shopping, dining, beaches, sailing, golfing and more. Minutes over the bridge to Palm Beach you will find some of the most beautiful beaches in the country, high end shopping and dining on Worth Avenue, with romantic vistas, celebrated boutiques, and a true resort town feel with old world charm and historic regency glamour.
