We used door key codes to get in, so access was easy. It is a lovely house in great condition, day 3 the HVAC system showed a warning that the air filter was getting old and the host saw this warning remotely and someone came that day and replaced the filter. There is a Canyons Valley Connector app that lets you call a free shuttle, so we never walked to the gondola even though it was walkable.
I mean, if I was trying to find something to complain about I guess the non-stick frying pans were pretty crappy (which I would 100% expect in a short term rental). They weren't scratched up, they were just very low end and barely non stick, and the spatulas were nylon, I much prefer silicon, but look at what I'm reduced to to try to find something to complain about.
I don't think there is much they could do about the snow this year, I wish I could blame someone for that
