The resort was easy to find. My unit overlooked the Lake of the Ozarks and was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and an extra blanket was provided. The kitchen was well equipped. All units were supposed to be on the ground floor, but the resort was built on a hill. My unit was on the lower level, but parking was on the upper level. I could unload in front of my unit and climb only 4 steps to enter, but getting turned around so I could move my car to a parking area on the upper level was not easy.
While the kitchen was well equipped and included a coffee maker, there wasn't a single tea bag, coffee package, or any paper towels. There was no kleenex. And there was no hair dryer, so I couldn't use the shampoo & conditioner the resort provided.

Our room didn’t have WiFi and it was advertised differently. Facilities can have better care.
