Clean, comfortable beds, large space with kitchen, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Easy, self check-in and check-out. Great location and value.
We’ve stayed here before and property, while clean, could use some investment. In particular, the floor is starting to buckle slightly in a few places

Check-in was easy, property was clean with inventory list, had everything needed for a stay, bed was comfortable
Hot water in shower can take a while to heat up and the occasional smell

Location was great and unit was well-equipped and clean. Staff was accommodating to my request, to have a unit in the back for quiet. Overall it was really a great place to stay and I'd definitely stay again.
Staff/host was not so accessible. They really work through messages/automated phone system. So it doesn't feel like you can really get in touch with somebody in a pinch. Everything was in order, but sometimes you need to reach out.
Also, it was a bit unnerving that the windows on the fifth floor DIDN'T have screens. That would be a drag in the summertime if it's buggy out, but also seems like an important safety feature to have screens on the windows.

Location was good close to a lot!!
They charged a 100 late check out fee. The checkout is 10 but I was told 9am. Decent grounds. Parking is a nightmare.
