La ubicación es ideal. Puedes ir andando al centro y además está muy bien comunicado con metro ligero y bus si quieres moverte a otros sitios.

We hebben over het algemeen een fijn verblijf gehad. Het appartement ligt op een prettige locatie op loopafstand van het centrum. We hebben drie dagen genoten van Milaan en haar culturele centrum. Het appartement is ruim opgezet en heeft een stijlvol, modern design, waardoor het appartement een luxe en verzorgde uitstraling heeft. Ook het balkon is een mooie toevoeging aan het verblijf.
Je komt het gebouw binnen door een app te gebruiken om de deuren te openen.
Wij hebben 3 dagen in het appartement verbleven. Hoewel de locatie en het balkon positief waren, waren er verschillende punten die ons verblijf minder prettig maakten:
- Er waren slechts twee handdoeken aanwezig. (Voor 2 personen 3 dagen verblijf)
- De koelkast maakte voortdurend een storend bromgeluid.
- De airco lekte water.
- De badkamer was niet goed schoon en sommige zaken waren deels kapot.
- Op het witte beddengoed zaten enkele geelbruine vlekken, wat niet fris en verzorgd overkwam.
- Alle communicatie en informatie verloopt via WhatsApp, terwijl Booking.com aangeeft dat communicatie buiten het platform niet wenselijk is.
- Het balkon is mooi, maar bevindt zich in een hoek tussen muren, waardoor het minder ruimtelijk aanvoelt.
- Het sleutelkastje hangt los in de hal. Het is niet duidelijk welk appartement voor ons was.

Location was very good, 10 min walk from Duomo. The kitchen was big enough to sit and have coffee or eat.
Opening the street gate and the entrance door on the first floor is a quest. If you don't have your smartphone and internet you are not able to open it, but this is not the fault of the owner, this is the system in that building.
