The location is fantastic, with a tram stop just around the corner that can take you pretty much everywhere in the city, and a metro station very close by. Despite being so well-connected, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming. having two fully equipped bathrooms, each with a toilet and a shower, made our stay so much more comfortable
there were a few downsides during our stay with a group of 6 people. The sofa bed in the living room collapsed after being unfolded, making it quite uncomfortable to sleep on. The cleaning service also needs more attention, as we found a used capsule left in the coffee machine and cigarette butts on the balcony. Lastly, the personal key pickup was a bit complicated and required a lot of logistical coordination on our part.

It has all the facilities you needed. Location was clean, quiet, and not far from the center! You have nice bars, cafea, restaurants and grocery shops in a 5 min walking distance. Even LIDL(about 10min).
I would add more extra trash bags, detergent for the dishwasher and toilet paper, but that’s it!
