Great central location.
On arrival, pre instructions to obtain the keys were complicated, contacted the property by phone for help, unable to speak to someone, was sent some video instructions in random order, so even more confusing.
Received help from another guest that only by chance was outside their door at the time otherwise, would not have been able to get in..

It had all the neccesities, AC, tidy and comfortable.
The location was a little off, but still okay and near metro and centrale.

I was sent a number of videos but it was actually easier just to use the keys which I found out in due course.
Unfortunately, our stay was significantly impacted by poor sound insulation within the property. Guests occupying the apartment opposite ours could be heard with complete clarity throughout the night, making it feel as though they were in the same apartment. Furthermore, noise from the plumbing system, including the use of sinks and toilets, was particularly loud and disruptive.
Due to the thin walls and inadequate soundproofing, both my friend and I were unable to get a proper night's sleep. This greatly detracted from our overall experience and fell well below our expectations for a comfortable and restful stay.
