An absolutely nightmarish experience

Nothing. We haven't stayed at the property, as the host cancelled last minute - and still had to pay the full price.

I booked PrimoPiano in Milan for a 4 night stay, 1.5 months in advance. Less than 2 hours before the check-in, when we are already on our way to the apartment, I was contacted by the host to tell me they cannot accommodate us due to the unforeseen issue with the property. You can imagine my shock. They offered me an alternative accommodation, which I accepted, since I didn't really have a good alternative and was under a lot of stress, as I had to attend an event in a few hours. The alternative accommodation didn't have a parking (which was crucial for us), but at least it was located in the same area. When we arrived there, we discovered a rundown property with an AC which barely works as a fan (and it was 33°C in Milan!), flickering light in the bedroom, kitchen socket with a label "Don't touch" and the overall sense of lack of maintenance. It would not be possible to sleep in this apartment, especially for my child who has asthma. So after 20 minutes desperately trying to cool down the apartment, we notified the host that this is not a viable alternative and left. In a state of complete panic, we ended up booking a different accommodation, which was both more expensive and in a different, much less suitable, part of Milan.

Nice apartment, but a few things could be improved

It’s a new and beautiful apartment in a very nice and safe building with concierge service.

My towel had a stain, and the walls were a bit dirty from all the mosquito killing :) There were a loooot of them! But the biggest downside was that there wasn’t even any coffee or tea provided as a welcome gesture.

The apartment was clean and well maintained. Location is also convevient - 2 mins walk to tram stops and around 10 mins

The design was modern and facilities provided were in a good condition.

During the day it was a bit dark only because of the trees, bathroom door was hard to close.

The Beds are very uncomfortable and small They request to checkout at 10AM Wifi didn't work on my wife device and I contacted them and they didn't help The lights in the bed room was not working

It’s a new and beautiful apartment in a very nice and safe building with concierge service.
