About this house rental

Located in Surfside Beach, this attractive house for $244 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. The beautiful Bella Vida beach home was home to HGTV star, Ty Pennington, during the filming of the 2022 Season of Battle On The Beach filmed in Surfside, Tx! The home is a short 2 minute walk from the Pedestrian Beach. This newer built (2021) home is in the family friendly pedestrian only beach area. The owners have converted this beach HOUSE into a cozy beach HOME. Outside you can relax on either of the 2 balconies that both offer a scenic view of the beach. Bella Vida also has a ground level patio complete with a sitting area, swing, propane grill, fire pit, and an outdoor shower. A wagon, beach chairs, and beach toys are provided. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this well equipped retreat offers all the conveniences of home. The home is also equipped with Hi-Speed internet and all TV's are Smart. The home has a variety of board games, dominoes and cards for the days you want to stay inside. House has a whole house water filtration system and a RO filter in the kitchen. All linens, even beach towels, are provided. Whether you are planning a family gathering or a fishing trip, this is the perfect location close to all the Surfside amenities. You will be only minutes from the half-mile long jetty that is perfect for fishing or just walking. The newly renovated Jetty Park has a playground, splash pad and nature trails. If you need to do some shopping you are only 15 minutes from major shopping areas, fine dining restaurants and H-E-B. Come enjoy your stay at this beach paradise!

We just wanted a quick, relaxing getaway and we found it at Bella Vida! This cute 3BR/3BA house met our every need. The house was very clean, was adorably decorated and was well equipped. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the kitchen had all that we needed! I loved its convenient location and the view of both the beach and the channel from 2 balconies. We enjoyed seeing the huge ships come into the channel, while listening to the sound of the ocean waves. Check in was easy and the property manager was very responsive. We will definitely be back for a longer stay!

Bella Vida is a beautifully outfitted, spacious beach house that immediately puts you into a relaxing mood the moment you step in. You will want for nothing here -- full kitchen, reliable WIFI, laundry, games, and much much more. The house has two balconies which offer great views of the surroundings, as well as a downstairs area with a swing and lounging area. Staying here you are a stone's throw from the pedestrian beach where you can go shell hunting and watch surfers catch the impressive waves in the distance. There is also a pier you can fish off of or just take a relaxing stroll as the sun sets (or rises!). Another unexpected attraction is watching the tug boats bring in giant vessels into the harbor which will delight adults and children alike. There are multiple stores and restaurants in the area which will allow you to pick whether you want to cook or go out for a yummy meal. For the most part the weather cooperated during our stay, but even on our rainy day, we had a great time lounging around, then driving down the coast to Galveston where we went to the aquarium and enjoyed all the island has to offer. The property manager was immediately responsive to the multiple questions we had and was always warm and welcoming. Compared to other accomodations of similar caliber, Bella Vida is a great value. I highly recommend this listing! You will not be disappointed.
