Minutes from fast food, family dinning, and 3 major grocery stores. Walking distance to the Grimes sportsplex and bike trails are accessible across the street. The house features 3 king bedrooms and a basement living/game area with 3 queen beds. Three and a half bathrooms with essentials. Close to Des Moines amenities. 2 minutes off highway 141.

The house had everything we needed to make our weekend a success! We were shocked to find they even provided pool towels and floaties. The outdoor space with the covered patio area and pool gave us adequate room to enjoy time together celebrating our soon to be bride! Grimes has more of a small town feel with the benefit of being so close to so many fun things in Des Moines! It was great for what we needed!

The house is laid out perfectly for multi-family large groups. We came for the Iowa State graduation ceremonies so we had multiple family members. We had plenty of room to be together and have our own space if we wanted it. The pool and covered patio was amazing. The house had plenty of towels. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and with HyVee just a couple of blocks away we were able to easily create family meals during our 6 day stay. We really enjoyed our time in this home and it felt just like home. The hosts were great! We would definitely book here again when in the area.

We had an amazing time staying at the house with plenty to do or just relax! Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again!!!

we saw that a hot tub was advertised as well as a ping-pong table, were very disappointed that neither were as advertised. These amenities is why we spent the extra $ for this place. Only 5 adults so we didn't need this big of a house. Also the garage "game-room" was advertised as heated and cooled. No heat found so it was chilly out there if we decided to spend time out there. The basement bedroom with three queen beds are all the memory foam mattresses, if you aren't accustomed to that (we weren't) so very uncomfortable. The kitchen was accurately advertised and did not dissapoint. November stay so we didn't use pool or outdoor area.
