Personal war mehr als zuvorkommend, steht’s hilfsbereit und super nett, wir haben sogar ein kostenloses Zimmer Upgrade bekommen, unsere Wäsche wurde kostenlos gewaschen und das an einem Nachmittag. Lage des Hotels liegt über einem Einkaufszentrum und nahe gelegen an eine Metrostation. Am Frühstücksbuffet wurde uns alles von einer netten Dame die englisch spricht erklärt und zusätzlich wurde westliches Essen zur Verfügung gestellt also nicht rein asiatisches Frühstück.
Leider gab es keinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer: kein „Must have“ aber ein „nice to have“. Am Abend bzw. in der Nacht wurde es leider ziemlich laut im Gang oder auf der Terrasse, dafür kann das Personal natürlich nichts dafür allerdings sollte man evtl. Hier die Gäste auf „Ruhezeiten“ hinweisen. Schon nervig wenn jemand um fünf Uhr morgens laut telefoniert und am Telefon brüllt…

L’emplacement etait au top, le personnel super sympa. REBECCA est adorable elle nous a même traduit en français un itinéraire par le métro. Merci beaucoup à elle.

La gentillesse du personnel, le confort, ce qui était fourni… Le lieu: l’hôtel se trouve dans une énorme galerie commerciale avec beaucoup de restaurants.
