Plenty of Beach essentials included as well as a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs, Bedroom details Bedroom #1- King suite with private walk bathroom with huge walk in shower on 2nd level Bedroom #2- Queen suite with private bathroom on 2nd level Bedroom #3- twin over full bunk bed with twin trundle and full bathroom Sleeper sofa- 2 queen sleeper sofas in 3rd level gameroom/living room area. PETS The home is dog friendly only - up to 2 dogs weighing no more than 50lbs each. Dogs must be approved by owners and there is a $100 pet fee per dog, per stay, due at time of booking. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture and must be crated anytime the owner is not present. Guests are required to abide by all state/local pet laws. Larger dogs may be considered but must be approved by the owner before booking. PARKING: 3-4 mid size vehicles max A small boat could be accommodated in lieu of a vehicle (please confirm with owner first!) THIS PROPERTY IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY indoors - this includes smoking of any kind (including vaping and/or hookah). *IMPORTANT* this is our home that we are excited to share with fellow beach lovers. We expect every guest to respect the home, its contents and follow the house rules to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience. This is not the house for parties and/or night owls. The entire house is yours! You MUST BE 25 years old in order to book this home and the person who books the home must be present for the entire stay. If under 25 send an inquiry and exceptions can be made with a security deposit and agreeing to house rules of NO HOUSE parties The home has 1 ring camera at the front door and is for security and have video/audio recording capabilities. It is used for check in/out and security purposes and may not be tampered with (covered, unplugged, etc.). Evidence of tampering with either camera will result in immediate trip cancellation and no refund. ! Weather Related Refunds! - We follow all local guidelines and officials’ directions when it comes to tropical storms, hurricanes, etc. We will follow our cancellation policy unless there is an active evacuation order in place and decisions will be made on a case by case basis. Other things to note is a Signed rental agreement is required and will be sent within 24 hours after booking is confirmed.

It's hard to find a better place in PCB, locations is excellent for almost anything you want to do there. walking distance to marina, beach, food, booze, shopping, whatever you want, it's that convenient... Great property with lots of room, the upstairs gamming, TV room was awesome for Cards, Dice, Bumper Pool and Foosball... Bedrooms are all amazing and comfortable, Master bedroom with the walk out porch was a nice extra, Master bathroom and shower were awesome. I don't think the pictures in the add really show how nice this property is... 5 Stars for me... we will be staying here again and again....
