This four-bedroom, three-bathroom home is large enough for the whole family. Featuring five queen beds and two living rooms, you can invite everyone! This furnished home is available for rent on a monthly basis. When you enter the home, you're greeted by a large open floor plan. The sitting room is on your right, and you're facing the dining area which opens up to the huge, gorgeous lawn. The beautiful backyard is completely fenced. Enjoy a summer meal or winter sun from the back patio. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need for a month-long stay. There's an eat-in bar with seating for two, which backs up to the dining room table. The family-style kitchen is equipped with modern amenities- a dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator, microwave, oven, toaster, toaster oven, electric can opener, and coffee maker - as well as an abundance of storage space and pantry items such as a blender, Instant Pot, rice cooker, food processor, and more. The kitchen connects you to the garage area, where you can park your car and store your gear. Downstairs, get cozy in the sunken living room with a television, a reclining leather sofa, and a matching loveseat. Prefer to work? There's a desk in this space as well. The full laundry room is downstairs, along with a full bathroom and a bedroom. The bedroom features a desk for working, reading, or writing. Upstairs, find a full bathroom that's shared between two bedrooms. One bedroom features a queen bed and the other bedroom has two queen beds. The primary bedroom is upstairs as well. With a walk-in closet, an en-suite bathroom, and a cozy recliner, this space will be a welcome respite at the end of your day. With five beds and three bathrooms, this retreat is ideal for your extended family. The location is perfectly situated in a residential area of Bozeman. Less than a mile to Gallatin Valley Mall and Whole Foods. 2.7 miles to downtown Bozeman. 10 miles to the airport, 20 miles to Bridger Bowl, 47 miles to Big Sky Resort, and 90 miles to Yellowstone National Park. Please note that prior to your arrival, we'll verify your identity. We'll also collect your choice of a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver. This listing is available for rent for a minimum of 30 days. There is no penalty for an early departure, however, no refunds will be given. This property is registered and licensed with the State of Montana and Gallatin County and managed by Tessa Witmer, Licensed Montana Property Manager (RRE-RPM-LIC-109282).
