About this house rental

Situated in Barrengarry, this charming house for $304 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Paddington Cottage, Barrengarry, Kangaroo Valley - 4pm check out Sundays and Public Holidays, except Peak Season Paddington Cottage is a classic Kangaroo Valley experience for up to 6 guests - a casual and comfortable cottage with stylish decor, a lovely garden setting, and a location that is within easy driving distance of the village centre. The large full width deck is also a great indoor / outdoor space, and guests can make use of the nearby fire pit for starry nights! Where will I be? Paddington Cottage is a short drive from Kangaroo Valley village. It is also well located vis a vis the Southern Highlands, if you want to explore that area as well during your stay. It is private and secluded, so maybe just stay at home and relax! Why choose Paddington Cottage? Casual. Comfortable. Stylish. Wood fire stove for winter nights. Fire pit. Lovely garden setting. Pet friendly. Tranquility. Well equipped. Paddington Cottage offers all of thisand more. How is the property laid out? Paddington Cottage is set out on one level, with 3 bedrooms, an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, and a shared bathroom. The living room opens to a large, full width deck that is great indoor / outdoor space. The kitchen has a Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary pods provided. Wi-Fi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV – will I have it? Paddington Cottage provides complimentary Wi-Fi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither Kangaroo Valley Escapes, The Holidays Collection or the owner can guarantee 100% that the Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If WiFi is important, please therefore always have a backup plan. What about outdoors? Paddington Cottage has a lovely, private garden setting with paths, garden beds and an outdoor fire pit area. The full width deck is also a great feature of the property - perfect for indoor / outdoor entertaining. Staying warm or keeping cool? The living area has a wood fired stove for the cooler months - perfect for heating the whole cottage. In addition, there are various plug in electric heaters for your use. In the warmer months, the property is supplied with various stand alone fans for use in the bedrooms or living area. What about sheets, towels, and other supplies? Paddington Cottages supplies all bed linen and bath towels. Parking for cars, boats, etc.? There is parking for 2 vehicles on the driveway, in the open air. Is my cat or dog also welcome to stay? Paddington Cottage is pet friendly. Please bring a dog bed and please clean up after your dog. Also no dogs on the furniture or beds, please. Wildlife Please note that due to the nature and location of this property, wildlife may be about including possums, kangaroos, ants, spiders, bees, wasps and even snakes. We do whatever we can to keep the property safe, however we cannot guarantee that you will not see any wildlife at the property. You must book the property knowing that the possibility of encountering wildlife exists, and you must take care during your visit if walking around the property - please. What are the minimum stay rules? Peak season: 2 nights Easter: 4 nights Christmas and New Year: 5 nights Long weekends: 3 nights All other times: 2 nights Are there any special Peak Season rules? During Peak Season, we may have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Year’s Day public holidays. About The Holidays Collection Moosewood is professionally managed by a dedicated holiday rental agency with offices in Kangaroo Valley, Gerringong, Hyams Beach, and Bowral. We have over 300 properties in Kiama, Gerringong, Gerroa, Berry, Huskisson, Vincentia, Hyams Beach and the Southern Highlands. We offer guests 24/7 customer service – emergency calls only after hours, please.
