Situated in Lower Matecumbe Key, this charming house for $270 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Welcome to Time Well Wasted, an ideal retreat located in the highly sought-after neighborhood of Port Antiqua on Lower Matecumbe Key. This recently-renovated vacation rental is a haven of comfort. A highlight of every stay is exclusive access to the private bay-front homeowners' beach, offering an inviting sandy escape for relaxation and recreation. One of the most notable features of this home is the abundance of natural light that streams through the skylights, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the entire home. With three bedrooms, this residence is perfectly suited for families or groups of friends. The home features an expansive porch adjacent to the kitchen and living room that is furnished with cozy patio furniture, creating a perfect spot to enjoy the outdoors. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and a private ensuite bathroom. The two guest bedrooms are thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. One features two queen beds, while the other connects through a jack-and-jill style bathroom, providing shared access to a shower while maintaining privacy with individual toilets and vanities for each room. While there is a dock, please note that the owners maintain their boat on the lift, so dockage is NOT included with the rental. Renters do have access to the HOA boat ramp for day use, providing a convenient alternative. Additionally, guests can enjoy the scenic waters using the provided kayaks and paddle boards. With its sublime blend of comfort, style, and coastal charm, this home sets the stage for a laid-back Florida Key’s retreat. Please note: before proceeding with your booking, kindly review the following information. This property is managed by a local Islamorada rental company, Freewheeler Vacations. Payments for your vacation rental will be made thru Freewheeler Vacations. You will also see a charge from VRBO which covers their booking service fee which is already included in the total cost. We prefer payments via personal check or eCheck. However, if you opt to pay by credit card, a 3% convenience fee will be applied to your rental. You will receive the Freewheeler Vacations Vacation Rental Agreement via email, which must be signed before your arrival. All future correspondence will be made through Freewheeler Vacations.
