Communication, cleanliness & appliances all great & very new! The issue was with the mattress on the master bed! After 2 nights I had to purchase a memory foam mattress & sleep on the floor. The mattress with the home was an old spring mattress that gave no support!

Furniture is uncomfortable especially the mattress in the master bedroom. There was an abundance of gnats coming up through the pipes and little spiders but over decent stay.
