Bethany Beach and Boardwalk is a two-mile bike ride away, and you'll find sightseeing, shops, local eateries, and terrific entertainment. Spend your days on the ocean waves at several nearby beaches surfing, swimming, sailing, and indulging in any waterfront activities you can imagine. Additional attractions include the Freeman Arts Pavilion, Fenwick Island State Park, the DiscoverSea Shipwreck Museum, and Viking Golf & Go-Karts, all within eight miles. Back at home, this warm and inviting retreat boasts comfortable furnishings and nautical-themed decor to guarantee a pleasant stay for you and your guests. Prepare everyone's favorite recipes in the well-equipped, open-concept kitchen and then dine at the table right outside in the screened sunroom or gather around the picnic table on the open-air deck. After meals, choose from three different living spaces, each with comfortable seating, and either stream your favorite TV channels using your own accounts, play board games at the pub-height table in the game room, or just recline with a mug of tea and a good book on lazy afternoons. (This property does not have cable TV.) This home is conveniently close to a local outdoor pool and a tennis court (tennis rackets provided). You'll also find an assortment of bicycles for children and adults to let you explore the neighborhood at your leisure. Additional features and amenities include a washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after pool or beach visits. (The fireplace and charcoal grill are not operational.) Things to Know Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Security camera details: This home has a ring doorbell Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The house was just the right size for the six of us plus a 10 month old who loves to crawl around and explore everything. The beach is close by and the pool was a good change of pace.

Had a great visit with our daughter, son in law and grandson. House is as listed. The porch, bikes and pool access were great amenities. Area is nice. Lots of traffic. We ended up going to Fenwick State park to beach there as Bethany Beach parking was a bit crazy. Robert and Maria were quick to reply to any inquiries while there. The house was perfect.

Robert and Maria were great hosts and easy to communicate with! The house is exactly as pictured and just a few minutes from the beach. We enjoyed the pool just about everyday and also utilized their beach chairs! My parents loved the screened in porch for morning coffee and board games with the kids. Highly recommend and very reasonably priced!

We felt at home instantly! The house is beautifully decorated. Has the personal tocuh with family photos. The kids loved the bunkbeds and tpy box with the truck's. Seating is not a priblem and definitely allowed us to spread out and relax! The outdoor shower was perfect after a day at the beach. It could have used a quick little cleanup for leaves and cobwebs. The pool was fabulous and not crowded. Owner reaponse to minor issue with streaming/live tv servixe was quick! We are already looking forward to staying here next year!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was the first time in years the whole family could get together. The home was just as pictured, and very clean. Host quickly answered the few questions we had. The back porch was our favorite spot for morning coffee.

Robert and Maria were great hosts!
The home was clean and spacious. Loved the deck outback and all the available items (bikes, beach accessories, fishing poles) in the garage.
Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and the location was great - 5 mins from the beach!
The guest book with recommended restaurants and activities was also very helpful.
We would definitely stay again. Kids loved it; we had a great time!

This home was very spacious and we really enjoyed our stay. There were plenty of bikes for the entire family. If I had to mention things that I would consider changing with the rental would be the type of grill on the property. This grill has no closure and with having a very windy weekend we had to use a lot of coals to keep the grill warm. The only other thing I would mention was the back porch was not cleaned at all and had over 2-3 inches on all the furniture which we had to clean upon arriving. Other than that, we had a great time. The home was beautiful, and close to many things for my family to do being so close to the beach! Thank you Robert and Maria for being great hosts!!

This property is in close proximity to community amenities (grocery, etc), beach, and boardwalk. Neighborhood was quiet with very friendly neighbors. The home was comfortable with plenty of room to spread out.

The house was beautiful and clean. Beach essentials like chairs (adults and kids), toys, bikes were all available for us to use which was a huge plus. Great communication from the owners. We were really happy to have stayed here. The property is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and is a short drive to Bethany Beach. The house was exactly as promised, and the owners communicated very well. I felt like the owners of this property really wanted us to have a great trip, and that's always a nice feeling. There were a lot of small things in the house to make it easy (putting WiFi passwords in every room, stickers for what light switches went to what). One lesson we learned is that most properties in Rehoboth and Bethany - you have to bring or rent your linens and towels. We were rookies in this department! All in all, a great house, and we would definitely return.

We had a lovely 3 night stay in this beautiful, spacious beach house in a quiet family friendly neighborhood in Bethany Beach! House was very clean, organized and very well stocked. Lots of space for everyone! We enjoyed the game room, sitting on the deck, making a family dinner together in the kitchen, and riding bikes through the neighborhood! Loved it would highly recommend! Easy drive or bike ride to Bethany boardwalk and shops. Best stocked beach house we’ve ever seen.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was immaculately clean, well equipped with all necessities, great WIFi speed and allowed us to work and play. House is located in a quiet neighborhood. Allowed for a nice relaxing family outing. Ideally would have liked to be closer to the beach but was a 10 min drive. Will definitely recommend for a family getaway.

In what has overwise been a very challenging year because of the COVID pandemic, our vacation in this beautiful home in Bethany was a bright spot. Our original plans for these dates to visit Bar Harbor and stay with a group of friends were cancelled, and the two of us decided to pivot and found this wonderful listing a few hours from us in Bethany Beach. Being avid kayakers the location was one of our primary considerations. From the house we were able to do many day trips to a variety of kayak locations to include Little Assawoman Bay (there are many put in spots for this within just 10 or 15 minutes of house), Trap Pond State Park (which features the northernmost stand of bald cypress trees in the country) and also the scenic Pocomoke River (we highly recommend the Pocomoke River Canoe company in Snow Hill to use for portaging your personal kayaks or for canoe and kayak rentals). After spending most of the day kayaking and exploring the outdoors, it was so relaxing to come back to the house and enjoy the comforts of this thoughtfully designed home. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook our own food, and we prepared a couple of meals on the outdoor grill as well. We fully enjoyed the wonderful screened in porch in the evenings, and found it really convenient to be able to log in with our own Netflix account as well. For larger groups and families I think you’ll find that the house has more than enough seating for everyone with separate areas to relax if required. It was just the two of us this time but, because it would be the perfect set up for a larger group, we are already making plans to return next year with friends. I almost forgot to mention that, for those of you who are looking for a convenient beach location, you’ll be very pleased to know that you’re only a quick 5 to 7 minute car ride away from the beach. It is so easy to get to the beach and enjoy downtown Bethany and all the restaurants and shopping that downtown and boardwalk area have to offer. In the garage the owners have thoughtfully provided beach items and bikes for recreational activities and they have a really awesome outdoor shower. To sum up we can thoroughly recommended this property for couples, families and groups of friends.

We absolutely hated leaving this home and will definitely return. The home is perfectly located outside of Bethany with easy access to Rehobeth, Fenwick Island and OCMD. We loved the decor and cleanliness in the home and the owners were amazingly easy to work with and they went above and beyond to make our stay special. The pictures don’t do the home justice! If you have to opportunity to do so please considering staying at this home. You won’t regret it! Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer!

Perfect spot to visit all the sites - Bethany Beach, Fenwick Island, Rehobeth, Lewes, & Ocean City. Easy access to downtown. House was very clean and spacious with plenty of beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, and bikes. Neighbors are friendly. Hosts Robert & Maria were very responsive and hospitable. We had a great time!

The owner was responsive and easy to work with. Property is beautifully decorated, very clean, has all things needed in kitchen and very comfy beds. The garage is stocked with everything needed for beach and more. Neighbors are friendly. We were disappointed neighborhood didn't have pool open during COVID, but that was indicated in details of the listing so not entirely surprising. Easily able to enjoy Bethany restaurants for takeout, visited Rehobeth, Bethany and Fenwick beaches- everyone was good about masks in these areas. Would stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The neighborhood is lovely and is a quick drive to Bethany but we opted to go to Fenwick due to social distancing concerns. The house itself is wonderful. The beds are very comfortable and we loved the large screened in porch and used it every chance we got. Highly recommend this property.

The sun porch and family room were perfect. The beds were comfortable and I enjoyed the friendly neighbors. Thank you for the beach supplies and bicycles. My one regret...I never got to use the outdoor shower. I am ready to return, but I gotta work :-) Great home.
