The apartment was very clean and comfortable. All the amenities were available, equipped kitchen, washing machine and a balcony. It was easy to go around as there is a shopping mall just across the street and some good restaurants where we enjoyed having dinner. We also had a parking lot in the building which is a plus. The host came to personally deliver the keys and them pick up too. I would be happy to stay there again.
The keys to open the door was a bit tricky for me but otherwise everything worked out well.

Excellent service. Very professional. Had everything that a family needs for a vacation, from washing machine to drying rack. Slava was very nice. He explained everything that's needed. When asked for few needed things, he didn't not hesitate to arrange them for us. Going above and beyond serving customers .
Clean rooms, spacious bathroom, easy public transport (watch out for T2 tram, it gets very crowded. I prefer bus).
Parking lot was very big.
One improvement is to have wooden spatula (instead of plastic/glass) and an oil splatter guard so that the kitchen does not get messy.
Just that I had to sign a contract for the deposit. The contract does not mention the existing flaws in the apartment. So, since this is legalized, I would recommend to take some pictures of existing flaws in the house so you dont have to get into arguments and can be defensive if questioned.

Das Apartment war sauber genug gross und hat eine tolle Küche. Die Lage war sehr gut. Tram-Haltestelle war in der Nähe und das Gebäude liegt direkt gegenüber einen grossen Einkaufszentrum.
- das ich auf italienisch einen Vertrag unterschreiben musste, welchen ich nicht verstanden habe. Wir reisen viel, aber bis jetzt mussten wir nie so einen Vertrag unterschreiben
- die Taxen haben 6 Euro pro Tag pro Person gekostet was wirklich sehr teuer ist
- wir mussten Kaution von 400 Euro bezahlen, welche wir wirklich nach wenigen Tagen zurückbekommen haben
- Die Fenster sind nicht dicht und deshalb ist es in der Nacht sehr laut
