The room is spacious. Good breakfast. Location is at the more calmer part of town with much lesser traffic. Easy to find. Beautiful building architecture.
I think they need to review their automatic WC system in the room. The seat automatically goes up the moment i wanted to sit down & this happens everytime. I had to force it down in order to be able to sit on it. The flush system is a little haywired too. Otherwise everything is cool.

Cleanliness
Elevator can only used 1 another 3 maintenance all the time - creepy ambience gangway to my room, they should put some good hotel sound instruments and dim light to lighter. Waiting 1 elevator to go up and down all the time no one inform that only one can be used and when will be finished maintenance. Hotel staffs knew you re hotel hotel guest but they won’t let you go out of elevator first - this is hotel chain ?

Good room very comfortable. Cosy bed.We had an issue with the air-conditioning and within 15 minutes we were in another room, the staff responded so promptly to our request.
Breakfast was a little below par. Couldnt get a decent coffee and the tables were not clean, cigarette butts and ash made the place untidy.

Spacious room. Huge window. Nice bath.
Only one elevator was working. Could be better if signs and labels are bilingual (Chinese and English). Carpets could be regularly cleaned for dust.
