A lot of space with nice separation. 2 combined units make this spacious 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom home perfect for multi family or large gathering vacations. There is a shared backyard through a privacy gate that connects the yard and a courtyard at the side of the home. Walk to nearby parks, just 1 block from Matthew Knight Arena, 3 blocks from Hayward field and the University of Oregon campus. Shops, cafes, grocery, and downtown Eugene all close by. What an amazing find close to U of O! This is the 4th home we’ve rented and probably our favorite so far. Very easy walking distance to everything we wanted. Clean, comfortable and quiet at night. Renting both sides gives space for a few couples to enjoy themselves and still be connected via the backyard. This is staying on our list of favorites and hopefully we can come back again next season. Thank you for having such an awesome place on VRBO!

Amazing experience. Total Luxury. Smooth entry, excellent communication, gracious hosts, above and beyond, needed nothing more than what was always at our fingertips. Location was perfect for our concert event at Matthew Knight Arena a 4 min walk. One block from Market of Choice Grocery. We were 12 ppl and had more than enough room for everyone. Great outdoor patio. Super private. Beds were extremely comfortable and plush. Stellar stay!!
