While we hope you enjoy our home, please be advised that parties or events are NOT allowed. This is a quiet neighborhood and loud music will not be tolerated. Quiet hours are between 10 PM - 8 AM everyday. If you need a home where you party, play loud music, or make a lot of noise, we regret to inform you that this is NOT the home for you and we CANNOT host you. We reserve the right to remove loud guests from the property should we hear complaints from the neighbors. Noise sensors and external cameras have been installed to monitor the property for unruly events or parties. Our home provides sleeping arrangements for up to 8 guests as follows: Room #1 (First floor Level): features 1 queen bed (2 people max) Room #2 (2nd floor level ): features 2 queen beds (4 people max) Room #3 (2nd floor level ): features 1 queen bed (2 people max).
