Spacious, modern and very clean. Nice little touches like PlayStation for the kids and access to streaming services like Netflix if you have account etc.
The location is excellent, especially for Universal parks but also for local amenities, the pool area is fantastic and the fact the complex is gated means you feel safe and there are no parking issues etc. Our hosts Debora and Joe were also great, making themselves available at all times if there were any issues as well as keeping us informed before, during and after our stay. All round excellent.
Nothing really, if I was being picky the only minor gripe I would have is that the access hallways to the condo’s in our block looked a bit tired compared to what we could see of other buildings but didn’t affect the actual accommodation at all.

Ubicación, parqueo, vista.
No encontramos algunas cosas en el sitio, el chat del anfitrion nunca funcionó, al salir necesité regresar por algo que olvidé y respondió mucho después cuando estaba fuera de la ciudad, nunca pudimos usar un video juego del sitio, finalmente encontramos solución. Pero la comunicación fue frustrante, todo hubiese sido mejor con una respuesta oportuna. Mirábamos el chat por horas y pues nada, cero respuesta. Nos cruzamos con el dueño real del apartamento y creo que no tenia idea del mal administrador que tiene.
