Liked the location, as it was close to the attractions I was in town for. I also really liked the landscaping, helped make it feel more secluded and private, which is nice, in that city.The price by comparison was very agreeable. As well the place was clean.
There seems to be a shortage of parking, and some of the other guests appeared to have multiple visitors that occupied a large percentage of that. The outdoor common areas got a bit overwhelming with cannabis smoke.(might consider designating a sole location for those who need that)

The area was convenient, the kitchen was equipped with all you need to cook or keep food refrigerated, that was great! Extra blankets, pillows and iron.
I never received the instructions to get into the property, I had to call once I got there. I didn’t receive a WiFi password, and had to ask twice for the code of access to the room because the first one wasn’t working. The bed frame is not in good conditions, bed legs (middle ones) were bent, the bed sheet was a little dirty, the floor in the shower needs a deep cleaning.
