Coffee capsules were not the correct ones for the coffee machine. Also the electric plug did't fit the kitchen plug.

I admit that the bathroom was a bit small for me, but I didn't have any negative feelings about it.

The location is good, but guests should know that it's far from where cars or taxis can stop. It's at least a 10-minute walk with luggage over cobblestones through the historic center.

It is extremely poorly maintained. The building is neglected on the outside and as well, on the inside. The entrance hall and staircase look as they have never been cleaned. There was rubbish everywhere: bags, packaging waste, and dust throughout the common areas. At the door of our apartment, garbage was piled up on the left-hand side. It was there when we arrived and remained there until we left, 6 days later. Nobody cleaned it. Inside, directly in front of the entrance, next to the router, there is a sand-filled ashtray for smokers where cigarette butts and other trash have been left. We are not smokers! The rooftop terrace bears no resemblance to the photos posted on Booking.com. Apart from a view of a rooftop and four plastic chairs, there is nothing else there. The small balcony is also very rusty! The situation inside the apartment is no different. In the bathroom, the shampoo holder is rusty, the tiles are yellowed with dirt, and one of the shelving units is damaged. There is no hook for hanging shower towels, no soap holder (we had to use a plate), and no toilet paper holder, so we ended up placing the toilet paper on the wooden box provided. In the bedroom, the furniture is outdated. The two bedside nightstands are extremely worn, and the areas behind them appear never to have been cleaned. We even found an eyeglass case there, presumably left behind by previous guests. We left it on the bedside table. The bed linen was clean, but it was placed directly on a thin mattress that had been laid on top of another mattress. Both mattresses slide in opposite directions when sleeping. During the night, the sheet comes loose, leaving you sleeping directly on the upper mattress. A fitted sheet large enough to cover both mattresses, with the bed linen placed on top, is absolutely essential. None was provided. We had to improvise by pinning the sheet in place with safety pins just to avoid sleeping on the bare mattress.
