The location is great, with a metro station just a 5-minute walk away. The apartment is spacious and comfortably accommodates up to five people. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The interior is unique and stylish.
Unfortunately, there were several issues during our stay. The shower cabin was very dirty — it looked like the tiles hadn’t been properly cleaned for a long time and there was visible mold. There was also a lot of dust on the artificial flowers. The bed linen seemed quite old and worn. The coffee machine was outdated as well. In the kitchen, there was only an old, dirty dish sponge, which was not very hygienic.
Additionally, we were asked to check out at 10:00, even though the Booking listing stated that check-out was at 11:00, which was inconvenient.

Clean, location, 2 toilets.
Only one full bedroom and one refurbished. The apartment is refurbished from a cafe or smth. It can be used for a short stay, but might not be convenient for a long one.

The area was quiet and the city centre was easily reachable thanks to the metro nearby.
The beds were not comfortable and many of the utensils in the house were broken ( coffee machine, microwave etc). The house was pretty but not very practical for 5 people. I would recommend a tv in the master bedroom and to rent the house for max 4 people. Please make sure the coffee machine works.
