The place is quiet but equipped with restaurants. There is a nice and new tennis/pickle ball court right next door. The room with terrance is bright and spacious. There is a beautiful rice terrace across the road. The place is conveniently connected to attractions in Ubud.
There is no reception and since the "Do not disturb" pad was hanged on the terrance, I had been confused that no one was cleaning my room until the last day when I noticed. It is located on a main road but it is quite narrow and dark at night, and the way to center Ubud is quite hilly, so it's basically not walkable and you have to grab a car or motor or drive.

トイレとシャワーが離れていてトイレが濡れることがなかった。
シンプルなお部屋。テレビに自分のスマホがつなげて見られる。
洗面所の排水が悪かった。
水のタンクが空だった。自分で買うの？わからなかった。

とても綺麗で、スタッフの方が優しい方でとても心地よかったです。
近くにカフェもあるし、食事にも困らなかったです
ヴィラに慣れて無いため、防犯が心配になりました。
鍵が閉まりづらくて大変でした
