Great location and well appointed apartment. Close to light rail stops and multiple food, bar and cafe options are 5 minutes walk away. Communication from the property was excellent prior and during the stay.
Not issues for us, but as noted by others, the noise from the light rail may interrupt sleep. The several flights of stairs probably wouldn’t suit the elderly or people with mobility challenges.

Location was really good apart from drop off for Uber mean we always had to walk a bit due to the tram. The way the apartment was set up really good and very spacious too. Laëtitia was also brilliant and very responsive.
It would have been good to know what floor it was on because we had a child so was a long walk to the top floor often. Also the tram was noisy at night which disturbed the sleep of anyone sleeping close to it.

Étage sans ascenseur.. avec valise c’est bien de préciser
Chambre côté rue assez bruyante. Fenêtre bloquée fermée , pas d’aération possible
1 seul wc et en plus dans la salle de bain ….. en appartement c’est dommage
Impossible de se garer. Il faudrait le préciser ou donner des solutions éventuelles
