ADDITIONAL INFORMATION -A two-night minimum stay is required. -Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. -NOT PET FRIENDLY. LOCATION -Close to the Beach, 10 minute walk (No food products of any kind to be left)

We had a wonderful time. Everyone enjoyed the beach and the pools. Each family had their own bedroom and bath which were very clean.

Spent our annual girls trip on North Padre Island. We had a group of 13 and the house was very comfortable for a large group. Lots of comfortable beds and bath space. Minutes from the beach, responsive host. Had a small issue with the door code getting in but they were quick to resolve. Great place for big group. Be aware of the stairs though! Kitchen is on 3rd floor.

Nice property, everything was clean and just as pictured. Beach is right down the road. You could walk if you wanted to, but we drove to avoid having to walk on sand. My calves couldn’t take that! Lol! Was a chill and not beach, but the surf was pretty choppy. We had red flags everyday and only one day without the purple flags too. I liked the unit more than I like that part of the coast. Good fishing off the jetty though!

This property has everything you need for a relaxing group getaway, and is just a few minutes walk to the beach! Beautiful views, plenty of space for everyone, we loved the bunk beds and the balconies on all three floors!

Property is nice, pool is fantastic, service for our lock issue was within an hour, no complaints other than the unit needs its own grill. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay.

We enjoyed the place very much. Great location. However, I would love to have an entrance on the back patio since other condos have the back entrance.

Property was great, just as described. My wife and I stayed along with 3 children and their families. Plenty of room. EASY access to beach, driving on the beach in just a couple of minutes. Great updated communication from the rental managers including helpful texts. Maintenance was great. We had a doorknob to one of the decks that quit working properly. Informed them in the morning, it was replaced in the afternoon. Had some light bulbs go out. Replaced within a couple of hours.
