We also have two bathrooms: one has a shower; the other has a shower and a whirlpool bathtub. The back yard is fenced in, with a deck, and there is a driveway for parking cars. The driveway is plowed by an external company. There is a park with play structures, tennis court, and basketball court on our street (one minute’s walk). The house comes fully furnished e.g. beds, couches, television, table, chairs, fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, clothes washer, heated towel rail. Rent includes all utilities (water, sewer, electricity, heat, air conditioning, internet). We are close to the motorway, downtown, and all amenities.
