We liked that the apartment is spacious and nicely decorated (although a few of the photos of that woman, the owner I assume, could have been taken down, since they make you feel like you're staying in her home). The ambient lighting is lovely, the kitchen is tastefully furnished (though not very user-friendly: I broke a nail opening one drawer just to open another one before finally getting to the forks), and the bathroom is spacious and also nicely and practically arranged.
We also enjoyed riding that antique elevator with its wooden doors, all made of wood. Except on our last evening, when someone on the 2nd floor opened the doors before the elevator had come to a full stop, which made it get stuck, and we had to carry our luggage down the stairs from the 4th floor.
If the balcony gets repaired so we can use it, and the mattress and pillow are replaced so we can get a good night's rest, we'll gladly come back to this place.
On a lighter note, the neighbor in the building next door deserves a cut of the earnings, because the view of her beautifully arranged terrace from the balcony is the reason many people choose this accommodation.
The location is good, and the neighborhood is one of the safe ones, even at night. We had easy access to the metro station, trams and buses. Close to the apartment there's a market that takes up an entire street (Giovanni Battista Fauche) on Tuesdays and Saturdays (it was a pleasant surprise to discover it), as well as Chinatown with lots of Chinese restaurants. There's also a Supermarket on that street, where we did some shopping for breakfast. We also recommend Charme Café, a small café nearby where we got a really good cappuccino every morning.
The mattress on the right side of the bed is sagging and very soft, and it kept pulling me toward the middle of the bed at night (the problem is probably the bed base, since the left side was fine and firm). One pillow is too soft, as if half of its feathers were missing, while the other one is more or less okay.
The ants didn't bother us since there were only a few, but other guests might be allergic or afraid of them, so we thought it was worth mentioning.
The air conditioner in the living room drips water, so we didn't use it to avoid a puddle forming in the middle of the doorway.
Other than that, everything was good and lovely.

The flat is finished/decorated with very good taste. Aircon and window blinds are a lifesaver in summer. The windows are on the side of internal court so it's very quiet despite being in a rather busy part of Milan.
Great access to Parco Sempione and Sforza Castle by foot, also Gerusalemme metro station is just a short walk away.
The aircon was faulty - water was dripping to the neighbour on ground floor.
