I have stayed here multiple times as it is much cheaper than staying in central Tokyo - you can go there as and when necessary, and otherwise everything you need is in Machida. Yokohama is close too.
The room was huge, possibly the most spacious I've ever stayed in at this price point. As always very clean and professional.

Location and price.
The employees were all very nice and polite and helpful.
The beds were very comfortable.
The breakfast was (for western standards) abysmal.
We were “flooded” with towels and yukata, basically more than we’d use.
