Nice location dirty room

The location was quiet and safe.

The condition of the room need improvements in terms of cleaning and renovation! The walls in the living room were dirty and the sofa had stains, also the bathroom was big but quite dirty.

The location .

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. When we arrived, we found a large pile of dirty bed sheets and towels in the middle of the living room. We informed the host, but they were never removed during our entire 5-night stay. This was unacceptable and created a very poor first impression. The apartment was also not properly cleaned. There was a significant amount of dust throughout the apartment, and the shower was extremely dirty (see attached photos). The breakfast arrangement was also misleading. The listing states that breakfast starts at 7:00 a.m., but the bakery doesn't open until 7:30 a.m. In addition, the QR code provided for breakfast did not work on any of the mornings. Thankfully, the bakery staff were kind and helpful and served us anyway despite being unable to scan the code. It's also worth noting that the "included breakfast" consists of only one coffee and one croissant—anything else costs extra. Communication with the host was difficult. We received very little assistance, and because of the language barrier, it was hard to resolve any of the issues we encountered. This trip was especially important to us, as it was our family's first opportunity to spend a week together after being apart for almost a year. We were looking forward to a comfortable and relaxing stay, but unfortunately the condition of the apartment and the lack of support from the host significantly affected our experience. Based on our experience, we would not stay here again and cannot recommend this property.
