However, please supervise them at all times. ★ MAINTENANCE SERVICES★ Please note that we have weekly pool maintenance, landscaping, and general maintenance workers who may need access to the home/pool area. We will notify you beforehand of scheduled services. There is no daily cleaning service. ★ QUIET HOURS ★ We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours between 10 pm-8 am (city ordinance). Guest Access: Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas, including pool, and free Wi-Fi, parking (limited to 2 cars), coffee maker, washer (in common space), and dryer (in common space). The Neighborhood: The neighborhood around the home is called Pines of Jupiter. It is a residential neighborhood with a mix of single-family homes and condominiums. The neighborhood is located on the Jupiter-Tequesta border, and is close to beaches, parks, and shopping. Getting Around: Here are some other ways to get around the area: Biking: There are a number of bike paths in the area, including the Jupiter Riverwalk and the Indian River Lagoon Trail. Walking: The area is also very walkable, with a number of sidewalks and crosswalks. Public transportation: Palm Tran operates a bus service in the area. Taxis and ride-sharing services: Uber and Lyft are both available in the area. Other Things to Note: Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises. Please refrain from sending your item by a delivery to our mailbox or by mail. Should your inbound item was posted directly into our mailbox, we cannot compensate for the possible damage or loss which could occur under the circumstance. We kindly ask for your understanding. If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required. If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit. The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that has more than 5 bedrooms.
