We have been renting this entire house for a while through a management company, but for now, I have decided to be your host to better serve you! You will enjoy this peaceful place, located in a quiet neighborhood. Palm Coast sounds like the perfect spot to relax, beyond peaceful beaches, there is so much to do! You can find tons of activities like golfing, fishing, kayaking, eco-tours to spot dolphins and turtles, beautiful parks, agricultural museum, horseback riding on the beach, and even swimming with dolphins nearby. Plus, we are nestled in between St Augustine and Daytona. The coastline is filled with great restaurants and shopping. We are 6 miles away from Jungle Hut RoadPark, an uncrowded, pet-friendly beach with cinnamon-colored sand. During the early Summer, turtles can be spotted swimming on the waves! If you want to vary from sand coloring, Crescent Beach is a gorgeous white sand beach that you can drive on, so you won't need a wagon. Palm Coast offers a fantastic network of wide paths perfect for leisurely walks or bike rides, making it super easy to explore the town at your own pace. Right near our place, just two blocks away, there's an asphalt greenway that's perfect for dog walks, biking, and wildlife spotting – you might catch sight of gopher tortoises and bunnies while you're at it! This path stretches out south for miles, leading you close to shopping areas such as Publix grocery store, Dollar General, and Staples. And when hunger strikes, there's no shortage of eateries, from Dunkin' Donuts to Cantina Louie, Metro Diner, Brass Tap, Portuguese restaurants, and many other delicious spots to grab a bite. If you are willing to explore a little bit farther afield or arrive by plain, we are about 60 min from Jacksonville International Airport and 90 min from Orlando International Airport, Disney World, and Universal Orlando. Containing an open floor plan, you will be connected to the living room, dining room, a fully loaded kitchens for all your cooking needs, and breakfast nook. There is a laundry room to keep your clothes clean throughout your stay. Open the exterior sliding doors and connect with the lanai. It contains a large dining table with seating for 8 people, a countertop with a sink, a gas grill, a large smart television, and outdoor sofas for you to enjoy a screened-in pool for a refreshing dip in the private salted water pool, surrounded by nature. Turn on the spa blower, empty your mind, relax, and ask "Alexa" to play your favorite song. Restore your energy and after minutes, you will feel brand new! Wait, there's more... This room can be separated by two sliding doors to provide more privacy. For the other bedrooms, one has a queen bed and the other one has two twin beds. There is a day bed in the living room, which can accommodate 2 more people. Each room has a smart TV. Seriously, this place seems the ultimate vacation pad.
